If you require a late check-out, we will do our best, but you must let us know in advance. If we have guests arriving that day, it will be nearly impossible to offer a late checkout due to housekeeping having to prepare for those guests.

Check-out process

When you leave, make sure the following simple tasks are performed:

• deposit waste in the appropriate containers in the rooms or bathroom;
• leave used sheets, pillows and blankets on the bed;
• leave used towels in the bathroom;
• turn off all the lights;
• close all windows and doors

Leave the keys that were given to you upon your arrival:

• or in the container located at the bottom right of the entrance door;
• or deliver them directly to the reception staff;

Remember not to leave personal items and take them with you.

Prior to your departure, we kindly ask you to notify us of any malfunctions, breakdowns, or damages. This allows us to avoid misunderstandings and disputes afterward and to come to an agreement regarding any charges attributable to you.

At check-out, we kindly ask you to leave the rooms clean and tidy.

Place rubbish in the appropriate rubbish bins in the house.

No need to perform a thorough cleaning, but should the rooms are found in disarray and require thorough cleaning by our cleaning staff for the next guest, we may have to charge you an extra fee for thorough cleaning.
