It is a detached single house with large internal size immersed in a vast green area with large outdoor spaces, it is a typical house of the area built in the 70s for a family of farmers surrounded by greenery, shade and fruit trees, with adjoining fields annual cultivation of cereals and other local crops.

With a surface area of over 120 square meters, it can comfortably accommodate large families and groups of friends who decide to spend time together in large and comfortable spaces. Along the entire façade there is a terrace overlooked by the front rooms and where access to the livable area of the house is through a lockable door for maximum security and privacy during the stay.

The house is in a great location to visit the many nearby towns thanks to the connection to the highway which is a few kilometers from the house. With its large outdoor spaces and large rooms, it is ideal for resting after a day of sightseeing in the beautiful Italian places and cities. A place where you can savor the true Italian lifestyle, slowly, with the family, in joy, relaxing and experiencing magical and unrepeatable moments in every season of the year.

Large Outdoor Spaces

The house has an outdoor area of over 1000 square meters of lawn around the whole house with fruit trees such as figs, jujubes that during the summer and autumn give their fruits that our guests can pick by themselves and eat them.

The whole property has a perimeter fence that ensures maximum safety and tranquility for parents who want to spend happy moments with their children while having fun in a serene and relaxed way without worries of danger.

The spacious car park inside the property can accommodate up to 6 cars, for maximum comfort of accommodation.

The old hay warehouse attached to the house, once used as a stable and hay storage, now offers shelter during bad weather and a shaded area during the hot periods of the year.

The large green outdoor spaces are great for relaxing, playing, reading, walking, sunbathing, outdoor dining, in short, to enjoy all the freedom you want in harmony with nature.

Welcome to the House

Access to the house is via an automatic gate that leads directly to the internal parking lot in front of the house. The whole property has a protective and safety fence even for the parked car.

Like all houses of the past, the livable part of the house is on the mezzanine floor, accessible by climbing the stairs directly from the internal parking lot.

This classic layout of houses of the last century allows for large interior spaces that can comfortably accommodate 6 people and 2 children. All the rooms, very large, have windows so that you can have a lot of light inside the house and the possibility of ventilating it comfortably.

Bedrooms

There are 3 large bedrooms, each of which has a lockable door for your privacy.

Each of them has an area of over 20 square meters and can comfortably accommodate 2 guests, even with a small child. In each room there are large wardrobes, bedside tables and chests of drawers to store your belongings.

Two of them have a double bed, while in one there are 2 single beds for a maximum capacity of 6 adults and 2 small children. All rooms have large windows overlooking the countryside with blackout shutters for nighttime rest and protection from the heat during the summer.

In each room, there are various power outlets to power your electronic devices. The rooms are equipped with everything you need to sleep such as sheets, blankets, pillows.

Bathroom

The bathroom has the classic Italian composition of the 70s of large size with the presence of a window at the back of the house that allows complete ventilation of the room after its use.

Inside there is a small but comfortable sink complete with an illuminated mirror, a toilet accompanied by a bidet. Along the opposite wall there is a large bathtub with hot water with a storage boiler that allows you to have instant hot water for several consecutive washes.

There are practical electrical sockets for electrical devices such as hairdryers, electric toothbrushes, beard trimmers, etc. Classic hygiene items such as towels, soap and toilet paper are provided.

The washing machine is not present in the bathroom, but a short distance away there are convenient automatic laundries or laundries with specialized personnel, to quickly wash and dry clothes if necessary. Depending on the type of stay chosen there is the possibility of having a washing and drying service on request.
