The cancellation request is made by sending the form on this page.
Depending on the type of booking and the related conditions, cancellation may generate a refund through the issuing of a Voucher as indicated on the “Voucher” page.
Within 72 hours of the cancellation request, we will send you a communication with the outcome of the request and with the Voucher information if applicable.
