Down payment: upon confirmation of the booking, the down payment must be paid equal to 30% of the total amount of the booking. Otherwise the reservation is not valid and therefore cancelled.
Balance: the balance must be paid within 15 days before arrival. Otherwise it is considered a cancellation without the right to any refund.
Cancellation: if you cancel your reservation at least 15 days before the arrival date, the down payment paid will be refunded through the issuing of a Voucher as indicated on “Voucher” page. After this deadline, and in case of no-show (“no show”), the amounts paid will not be refunded. More information on cancellation policies is available on the “Cancellation Policy” page.
Non-refunfable rate
Prepayment: this rate requires prepayment of the total amount of the reservation. Otherwise the reservation is not valid and therefore cancelled.

For the rates present on Online Travel Agency (OTA) sites, the conditions reported in the advertisements of the specific OTA booking site apply.
