Wi-Fi service is available in all house, internal common areas and external spaces, offering guests an internet connection (80 Mbps).

The Wi-Fi service is provided for a fee, to avoid misunderstandings and the application of penalties, we recommend that you read the “Rates” page.

If you have purchased the internet connection via our Wi-Fi network, the connection parameters will be provided to you at Check-In.

Terms of Service

PLEASE READ THESE TERMS OF SERVICE CAREFULLY BEFORE ACCESSING THE SERVICE. BY ACCESSING THE SERVICE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS THE SERVICE.

You agree to use Wi-Fi only for lawful, fair purposes and in accordance with these Terms and the Law.

THEY ARE THEREFORE PROHIBITED:

  • activities contrary to national, community and international law or prohibited by the regulations and customs of use of the networks and services accessed;
  • activities contrary to national, community and international law or prohibited by the regulations and customs of use of the networks and services accessedà;
  • activities in any case capable of damaging, destroying, compromising the security of our IT resources or aimed at violating confidentiality and/or causing damage to third parties, including the creation, transmission and conservation of images, data or other offensive, defamatory, obscene, indecent or violating human dignity, especially if relating to sex, race, religion, political opinion or personal or social condition;
  • any other activity prohibited by law.

Disclaimer

  • the user accepts that we cannot guarantee the security of traffic throughout its network;
  • it may be possible that your transmitted and/or received traffic may be lost, corrupted or stolen while connected to the network;
  • we have no responsibility or control over the addresses or IPs accessed by the user and we do not guarantee that the services are free from errors or viruses;
  • we have no responsibility or control over the information transmitted or received;
  • you agree and acknowledge that the Wi-Fi and network connection are intended for private consumer use only. In the event that the user uses the Wi-Fi for commercial and/or business purposes, we are not responsible for compensating any direct financial loss, loss of profit, time, income, data, opportunity, business, wasted expenses, business, loss resulting from the disclosure of confidential information, damage or loss due to unavailability of network connection or other cases of loss or damage;
  • except for network diagnostics and security purposes, we don’t examine the user’s use of Wi-Fi or the nature of the information he sends or receives;
  • we don’t guarantee the availability of Wi-Fi or access to the network (internet);
  • we don’t guarantee the speed with which information can be transmitted or received over the Wi-Fi or network
  • we don’t guarantee that the Wi-Fi connection is compatible with the equipment or any software used by the user;
  • we reserve the right at any time to turn off the Wi-Fi, change the specifications or methods of use, change the access codes, usernames, passwords or other security information necessary to access the Wi-Fi;

You agree and acknowledge that we may maintain a record of the Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses of all devices accessing Wi-Fi, the times they are logged in and the activity associated with that IP address.

We have the right to temporarily terminate or suspend the connection to the Wi-Fi and/or network, if it reasonably believes that the user is violating any provision of these Terms of Service.
