The “check-in” is between 17 and 19

If you need to arrive after 7pm or before 5pm, you must contact us well in advance and agree with us, if possible, a new time. Arrival agreed with us outside the opening hours of 5-7pm involves the payment of a supplement.

In the event that the guest does not arrive by 7 pm without having contacted us and without our consent, will be considered as a “no show”, with the loss of the right of stay, without the possibility of any refund.

To avoid misunderstandings and the application of penalties, we recommend that you read the “Rates” page.

Alternatively, if you arrive early and early check-in is not possible, you can stop to eat or drink something with the help of consulting the “Where to eat and drink”.

Alternatively you can stop in a shopping center or supermarket to stock up on what you want, consulting the “What can I find nearby?”.

Documents required for check-in

In order to comply with local laws, we need some information from you and any accompanying persons, including minors. This informations are mandatory in order to ensure your stay at our house.

  • Identity document (of everyone)
  • Confirmation of payment for the reservation
  • Signing of the temporary rental contract for tourist use

Once the Check-In procedure has been completed, we will give you the keys to enter the house and possibly the remote control for the electric gate if your booking includes the use of the parking inside the fence of the house.

The house keys and remote control must be returned at Check-Out otherwise penalties will be applied. We recommend that you read the “Rates” page.

Inventory Check

Our house is equipped with many items such as furniture, decorations, various accessories, and more, which are provided for guests’ use.

When you enter, please notify us immediately if there are any malfunctions, damages, or breakages.

This allows us to intervene as soon as possible to resolve the issue and to prevent any malfunctions, damages, and breakages from being charged to you upon your departure.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Cleaning

Upon arrival, you will find the house clean, but please let us know immediately if there is anything wrong.

No cleaning services are provided during your stay. If you require an additional cleaning service, please let us know, and we will arrange it for you. We recommend that you read the “Rates” page.
