Electric Charging
At our house it is possible to recharge the batteries of electric vehicles such as bicycles and cars according to the prices indicated on the “Rates” page .
The service must be requested when booking and in any case before your arrival in order to check the availability of charging services, which may be unavailable during your stay.
To be able to access the electric vehicle charging service you must have purchased one of the private parking services within the fence of the house. This is due to the fact that the vehicle takes up space in parking areas while charging the batteries.

Conditions and terms of use
The use of our electric charging systems implies acceptance of the clauses contained herein and presupposes their full acceptance; any different and/or further agreement will not be effective if it does not appear in a written document on our part.
The use of the charging systems is reserved exclusively for people authorized by us.
Vehicles authorized for charging
The vehicles that can access the charging service are the same that can access the parking areas which can be consulted on the Parking Guide page.
Before booking the service it is necessary to contact us in advance indicating the vehicles you wish to recharge so that we can check whether our charging service is compatible and therefore usable.
We do not provide connection systems to the vehicle’s electrical sockets, cables, adapters, transformers or anything else, as they depend on the type of vehicle itself.
Charging systems and methods
The vehicle is recharged using special systems located in specific parking areas which are indicated when accessing the service.
The service is provided only after having paid the payment for the service in advance or after having obtained authorization from us.
The specific vehicle charging procedure is indicated by our operator when accessing the charging service.
Once the vehicle has been recharged, or at the end of the energy supply or according to our request, it is necessary to promptly vacate the charging station so as to allow other vehicles to use the service.
Otherwise a penalty will be charged for failure to remove the vehicle from the charging area. For more information we recommend that you read the “Rates” page.
Payments
Depending on what is provided for in the Booking, use may be free or paid according to the following methods:
- charging for electric bicycles is paid in advance
- payment for charging for cars is made by purchasing at least 20kWh of energy in advance.

Responsibility
Excluding cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence on our part, we are not liable for direct, indirect, special or consequential damages of any nature caused to you or third parties as a result of our top-up service, not directly and entirely attributable to us, including the case in which the service cannot be provided partially or entirely due to malfunctions of vehicles, technological devices, IT or telecommunications systems or causes attributable to the energy supplier and/or third parties in general.
Furthermore, any liability on our part for the total or partial failure to fulfill the obligations undertaken due to force majeure such as, by way of example and not limited to: acts of the State and the Public Administration, acts of the Public Authority, legal limitations, fires, floods, explosions, mobilisations, riots, strikes, pandemics, industrial disturbances, lack of raw materials, lack of spare parts, lack of electricity, interruption of telephone lines, malware, lack of fuel oil and others.
In any case, the Customer expressly exempts us from any liability for any damage of any nature suffered by the Customer and/or third parties, for facts attributable to the Customer.
The Customer acknowledges and accepts that all the methods of provision of the charging service may vary over time, accepting from now that we can change the methods of operation or use of the service itself at any time. All this without this representing or being considered a modification of these Terms and Conditions of Use.
Communications and Disputes
All notices to us must be in writing. We are not responsible for communications, in any form, addressed to employees, who have no right to agree to changes or additions to this agreement or to make concessions.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the contract or in any case deriving from the use of the car park will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Padua.
