Where to park
You have the option to park your vehicle in a free public parking area located outside the house, or if you prefer, you can choose to park inside the house’s fenced area for a fee, which ensures additional security and convenience.
External public parking
A public car park is available a short distance from the house, easily reachable on foot, as indicated in the photos.
You can reach it by setting the address Via Lunga, 2755, Chiesa Nuova (PD) as your destination
Internal private parking
Inside the fence of the house, parking areas are available where vehicles can be parked, without any obligation on our part. No custodial services or surveillance activities are offered.
You are allowed to park your vehicle in the spaces indicated as indicated by specific signs or other methods.
Based on the type of parking service purchased in the reservation, it is possible to park the vehicle inside the fence of the house in the Uncovered, Uncovered in the Shade (for the summer period) and Covered areas.
Access to internal parking
The gate to use to enter with the vehicle is located in Via XXVIII Aprile, 2670, Borgo Veneto – PD, indicated in the following photo.
The electric gate opens with the remote control that is given to you at Check-In.
With the remote control you can enter and exit the car park independently at any time of the day for the entire duration of your stay.
You must return it at check-out. In case of failure to return or damage to the remote control, a penalty will be applied.
Uncovered parking
The open-air car park is found by turning right as soon as you enter the driveway gate.

Parking in the shade (for the summer period)
The open-air parking in the shade in summer is located straight on the left as soon as you enter the driveway gate.

Covered parking
The covered parking is located in the barn going straight as soon as you enter the driveway gate.

Conditions and terms of use
Access by vehicle to the parking areas through the entrance implies acceptance of the clauses contained herein and presupposes their full acceptance; any different and/or further agreement will not be effective unless it results from a written document on our part.
Access to car parks, access roads and areas is reserved exclusively for persons authorised by us; Anyone else is prohibited from entering or staying in such places, as well as from carrying out any activity. You will need to take care to lock the vehicle and keep the keys.
Inside the car park, you must proceed at a speed not exceeding that of the walking pace and in any case never exceeding the marked limits. In general, you are required to comply with the Highway Code, follow the direction of traffic indicated, respect the signs present and diligently park your vehicle in one of the designated parking lots so as not to cause obstruction or inconvenience to other vehicles.
In any case, you authorize us to remove the parked vehicle for safety or traffic reasons. If the removal becomes necessary due to non-compliance with the rules set out in this document, the related costs will be borne by you.
Inside the property it is forbidden to:
- stay still or park with the car engine running
- park your vehicle outside of parking spaces
- obstruct in any way the movement of any other vehicles
- use high beam headlights
- carry out any repair work on the vehicle
- clean the vehicle,
- discharge water, oil or any other material
- keep flammable or explosive or otherwise dangerous substances in the vehicle, with the exception of normal fuels contained in the fixed tank
- carry out any fuel transfer
In case of non-compliance with the prohibitions indicated, a penalty will be applied, in addition to the prohibition of parking with possible forced removal of the vehicle.
Vehicles authorized for parking
Only the vehicles referred to in Article 54 of Legislative Decree No. 285 of 30 April 1992 may be parked, including vehicles for special use with technical characteristics that allow them to perform a function that requires special provisions and/or equipment.
Other vehicles such as mopeds, tricycles, quadricycles, bicycles and other vehicles previously agreed with us are also allowed.
No other types of vehicles are allowed and therefore no access to the property is permitted.
In case of non-compliance with the above, a penalty will be applied, in addition to the prohibition of parking with possible forced removal of the vehicle.
Payments
Depending on what is provided for in the Booking, use may be free or for a fee with daily payment for the use of the uncovered or covered parking areas for each authorized vehicle.

Responsibility
You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any theft (or attempted theft) of the vehicle or damage to it (including equipment or appliances), nor are we liable in any way for the theft (or attempted theft) of the items inside the vehicle. In addition, we do not accept any liability for any economic damage suffered by you while using the Car Park. In any case, we are not responsible for damage that has not been reported to us before leaving the car park.
If you are insured on your own account against the risks of theft and/or fire and/or damage to the vehicle, you are obliged, also pursuant to Article 1381 of the Civil Code, to ensure that, in the event of an accident occurring in the Car Park, your Insurance Company and/or third parties do not make subrogated claims against us. You also agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim by yourself, your insurance company and/or third parties.
You are responsible for and guarantee the safety of the vehicle introduced into the Car Park, and you are responsible for any damage caused by it. If you cause damage to the parking facilities, you are required to notify the management so that the facts can be ascertained. In the event of damage to the vehicle caused by other vehicles in the car park, where it is not possible to trace the person responsible for the damage, our liability is excluded. If, due to extraordinary events not attributable to us, the Car Park is no longer usable, no refund will be due to you.
Video recordings
A video surveillance system is installed in the car park, for the sole purpose of prosecuting any illegal acts to the detriment of company property or people. The filming is not subject to real-time control, but is recorded exclusively for the purposes indicated above, and stored by us, also through its representatives, in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and the Provision of the Guarantor for the protection of data privacy of 29 April 2004 on the subject. The images can only be viewed and consulted by our staff, as well as, if necessary, by the police and judicial authorities.
Communications and Disputes
All notices to us must be in writing. We are not responsible for communications, in any form, addressed to employees, who have no right to agree to changes or additions to this agreement or to make concessions.
Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of the contract or in any case deriving from the use of the car park will be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Padua.
