Different payment methods are offered: on portals and online sites via secure digital transaction systems or directly on site, both digitally and in cash.

However, the availability of these methods can vary based on several factors. These include the type of offer chosen, the rates applied to the service and the method of payment, whether online or at the facility.

For example, some special promotions may limit the payment methods accepted, or there may be differences in the payment options available for bookings made online compared to those made directly on-site.

Other limitations may make the chosen payment method unavailable depending on your nationality, the credit and debit card issuer, the network on which the cards are based, temporary and persistent unavailability due to payment systems and other factors not attributable to us.

Therefore, it is important that you carefully check the payment options available at the time of booking to ensure that you can use your desired method.

Possible payment methods:

  • Payment Cards: any credit or debit card featuring the Visa, V PAY, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club or Union Pay logo is accepted, as well as payments via Google and Apple Pay.
  • PayPal: in this case the payment takes place on a specific PayPal page which automatically opens when you choose to pay with PayPal. For those who are already registered on PayPal, simply log in with your credentials and confirm the payment. For those who do not have a PayPal account, it is possible to open one to complete the transaction, or proceed with the payment directly with your credit card without the need to open a PayPal account.
  • Vouchers and Gift Cards: it is possible to use the vouchers and gift cards issued by our company as a form of payment. Vouchers and gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable for cash and must be presented at time of purchase to be used.
  • BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) systems: these are systems that allow you to make a purchase via deferred payment over time. We rely on systems such as Klarna, Afterpay which allow payments to be deferred into multiple installments and over a period of time that varies depending on the system used and the customer’s profile.

Warnings and Limitations:

  • Currencies other than the Euro are not accepted
  • There is no currency exchange service
  • We do not accept cash payments exceeding 1.000 euros
