Pets
Pets are usually not allowed, but sometimes we accept small pets. Contact us to understand together if it’s possible.
Quiet Hours
There are no specific quiet hours, but it’s good to have respectful behavior towards the neighbors. Please avoid making noise, especially outside, during lunch break and after 10:00 PM.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is prohibited inside the house, including electronic or vapor cigarettes. Smoking is allowed outside.
It is forbidden to throw cigarette butts on the ground. Cigarette butts should be thrown into the appropriate ashtrays.
Modifications
Reorganizing and moving any furniture, including beds, dressers, and others, is not allowed. We also ask to be careful when using the facilities. This will avoid misunderstandings with any charges for damages or for having modified the position of furniture and objects.
Parties or Events
Parties or events are not allowed without our prior authorization.
Visitors and Guests
Unregistered guests or visitors are not allowed. Therefore, we ask you to inform us in advance if you would like to have guests or visitors. We will work together to manage the situation.
Eating Areas
Eating or drinking is not allowed in the bedrooms, bathrooms, and corridors, except for some specific stay packages.
Illegal Substances
Illegal substances are not permitted on the premises. Failure to do so will result in guests being asked to leave.
Location
The house is located in a natural area immersed in the countryside and therefore the presence of small insects is normal. So don’t worry, but if you need help call us and we will try to help you.
Languages
Our native language is Italian, but we also speak English, so the information will be in Italian and English. If you need to receive communications in another language, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate the request.
Safety Rules
Below are some rules for enhanced general safety:
- Children must always be supervised.
- Guests are responsible for the safety of their children at all times.
- If you lose a personal item, please contact us so we can keep an eye out when preparing the room for the next guests.
- Please use only plastic glasses when dining outside.
- In case of rain, remember to clean your shoes well before entering the house.
- Do not litter the outdoor area.
- It is advisable to close the windows and doors.
- Exercise caution when children are on the terrace, balcony, or any area not suitable for children.
Surveillance Cameras
The house has a closed-circuit camera system on the exterior of the house for security reasons, while there are no cameras inside the rooms and facilities to protect your privacy.
Use of Accommodation
The house is primarily for hosting guests, but there are reserved areas inaccessible to guests. These areas are closed and inaccessible to guests and are indicated by signs, notices, or fences.
Off-Limit Areas
Areas beyond the fences within the house are considered private and off-limits, as are all locked accesses or those indicating no entry or private use.
Photography and Advertising Shots
Photography or filming for advertising or public purposes is not allowed unless with our explicit authorization.
Special Notes
The house is under renovation, so you may experience noises, encounter personnel at work, and find some parts of the house under renovation while others are renovated. For safety reasons, areas under renovation are not accessible to guests.
